How do you add (create) names to the address book?

  1. Click Name from the opening screen.
  2. The name-editing panel is displayed
  3. Click New
  4. The Add a name panel is displayed.  The choices are Person or Group.
  5. The radio button already shows Person selected.
  6. Fill in the Name entry box.  This is the way name will show in the addressbook
  7. Fill in the person's email address.  It will be in a format like this,  Can have many different extensions like .net or .edu or .uk
  8. Click the down arrow to show a list of your email identities.
  9. Highlight the identity to use with this person.
  10. Click More if you wish to add more personal information.
  11. Click OK to add to the address book.
