How do you delete a name, group or folder?

1. Select a name to delete on the opening screen.
2. Click Name button at the top of the opening screen.
3. The name-editing panel is displayed
4. Check to see if the name and email address shown
5. in the name box is the one you wish to delete.
6. Click More to show more detailed information about your selection.
7. Click Delete, and then answer Yes to confirm
8. The name is removed from the opening screen.
