This mailbox category is where your mail accumulates after you have viewed it in the Unread category.  You will find mail here if you have not deleted it, or  filed it using the File button, where you can choose a keyword or several keywords.  The Keywords are your customized mailboxes.  The ? icon means that the mail is not filed yet.

You are encouraged to File your mail,  or to Delete it so that you glean out the unwanted mail.  Otherwise this Unfiled area will grow into an ungainly box with so many pieces of mail you will have a hard time finding what you are looking for.  This is a common problem with people handling any information, just like the paper on a desktop.  Ezian makes it very easy to file and organize your emails with unique Keyword filing.  This feature lets you create a new category on the fly and lets you file the same mail under as many keywords (mailboxes) as you like.  Filing this way will enable you to find that mail when you need it by topic or by groups with similar subjects or content.
