When you click Send or Get, you will see a Progress panel.  This provides you with useful information and allows you to cancel operations.

As your mail is coming in you can see which account (mail identity) is being picked up:

If you have several accounts, Ezian will pick up the mail from all of them:

Progress bar shows identities
The progress bar shows mail being picked up according to your identities.  You may have mail actually addressed somewhat differently than the identity shows, but it might be a forwarded address or it may part of what is called a "catchall" address.  You can see those actual addresses when you Read your mail in the mailbox by clicking Read from the opening screen.
