Record a Message/Greeting/Voice Mail With Win 95 / 98 / NT Multimedia Utility
You can send your own voice greeting to your friends and relatives.
All you need is a microphone and a sound-card:

• Click the Start button on Win 95 or 98.
• Select Programs
• Choose Accessories
• Go to Multimedia
• Hit Sound Recorder.

A Sound Recorder dialog appears:



Record your message/greeting and after you've recorded the amount you want,

Press the Stop button (the small rectangle) on SR.

Now, before saving the wave file from SR, go to File -> Properties and press
the Convert Now button.

This will bring up another dialog that allows you to
select the quality level of the recorded wave file (higher quality, larger file size.)
Choose Telephone quality.

Finally, go to File -> Save and give it a name and you're done.

Save it to a folder (like My Documents)  on your computer.

Send your message/greeting to people on your Friend's list using Ezian Send File feature.

 
• Recipients who have Ezian can playback automatically

When mail is received in Ezian with an attachment, like a voicemail message,
in the mailbox a special View button flashes.

Simply click the flashing View button and choose Open.
You will hear the voicemail immediately.

It plays back automatically in the built-in Windows player.
