Here you simply type in your user name and your password.
From your mail server (POP) provider you will get this info. Sometimes they will give you a user name which is different from your email name. If those two are different: be sure to put the user name here.
You will have a chance on the next screen to type your email address which has your email name.
Most of the time mail server providers make your user name and email name the same. It makes life simpler, but be sure you find out when you contact them.
